Extra Curricular
Saint Christina’s offers an impressive array of clubs and extra-curricular activities, catering to a diverse range of interest and talents. The clubs are held both before and after school, as well as during the lunch break. In line with our commitment to providing a forward-thinking education, we provide opportunities such as coding, F1 in Schools and STEM.
For pupils who are interested in sports, we offer a variety of clubs including netball and football, with judo and fencing being provided and led via third-party instructors. In addition to this there are training sessions for children involved in teams, alongside a rich fixture list enabling the children to experience what it is like to compete against other Schools.
In addition to this, pupils can explore their interest in the performing arts through various orchestras, ensembles, choirs, and performance groups. As they progress, they have the chance to pursue Music Theory alongside ABRSM instrumental examinations and LAMDA examinations. Ballet lessons are also available from EYFS to Year 4 through external providers.
For those who may be seeking cerebral stimulations, we offer clubs in Latin, reasoning, curiosity, and debate.
We also partner with another third-party provider to provide Sing ‘n’ Shake sessions, which are Music and Movement classes designed for pupil’s siblings, babies and toddlers, enhancing our commitment to providing a well-rounded educational and social experience for the children and the parents alike. If you are interested in participating you can apply through their website here: https://singnshake.com
